I live in Colorado. I'm 17 and my girlfriend is 18. I've enlisted in the United States Air Force. I'm leaving for basic in May. I won't turn 18 until November. My girlfriend is pregnant. For her and my baby to be covered on my insurance they must be my dependents. We must be married for them both to be my dependents. My parents don't want me "locked down" by a pregnancy, so I don't have parental permission. But I need to take care of my responsibilities. In Colorado I need judicial approval to circumvent parental permission. How do I go about obtaining this?
