how do i give my 1995 ford f-150 4x4 more horsepower?

i have a 1995 ford f-150 ext cab 4x4 with a 302/5.0 liter and an automatic transmission and it is a DOG!!! i was wondering if anybody knew some cheap quick ways to give it a lil more ump! especially on the take off. any links to websites would be really helpful but any suggestions will be tried!!! thanks
