How do I get videos off my Panasonic camera?

I have a Panasonic DMC-ZS3 12x HD camera. I took videos on it right away. But I downloaded the camera's software onto my computer after the videos were filmed. I then discovered that since the videos were taken before the software was downloaded, my computer can't find them. I have already tried plugging my camera into the computer and putting the memory card into my computer. None of this works. So how do I get those videos onto my computer??
