I have an LG ENV2, got it in September of 2008.. didn't have any problems out of it until March 2009, the 'ok' button stopped working and so Verizon sent me a new one. In April, after only having that phone for about a month, the 'ok' button quit working on it as well and I had to have it replaced AGAIN (the 2nd replacement phone) but when I recieved that one, the inner screen wasn't working and I had to have ANOTHER (the 3rd phone!) sent to me. In JULY, my 'ok' button quit working on that phone and again (phone FOUR!), I've had to have that one replaced. It's August 16th and the 'ok' button has once again quit working, after only having it for about 3 1/2 weeks! It's plain ridiculous and when I called Verizon the last time, I asked if there was any way I could have it replaced with something of equal or lesser value and they told me absolutely not, it was against policy. Does any one know of ANYTHING I can do to get some help and have this stinkin' phone replaced? It's a complete POS and Verizon is absolutely no help. I have the account with my boyfriend and he's ready to just cancel out the service and go to AT&T or Sprint, we're so tired of having to deal with this mess and having to pay for a phone that half the time I can't even use like I want to!
