I bought a cheap gadmei 302 usb tv tuner for my vista laptop. Manage to set it up fine, but when i try to get channels, i get good picture but with static/buzzing sound. The thing is when i try to adjust the frequency manually up or down, i can get the sound for that channel but then the picture becomes static/blur.. as much as i try fine tuning i cannot get picture and sound together.. when i get pic no sound, when i get sound no pic.. my tv system is pal-bg where the tuner suppose to support pal, ntsc and secam. i've tried updating driver, and installed on xp and win7 but same result. i use the outdoor antenna which gives clear channels for my tv. i've tried other softwares like christv, dscaler, kmplayer, windows media center.. all same result no matter how i tweaked the settings.. any suggestion?
How do i get this tv tuner to work?
