im not a touchy feely person & was raised just that way. (i was never hugged as a child or ever)
A guy at work noticed my lack of emotions toward ppl & took it upon himself to hug me (he hugs other ppl as well).
He said that I don't hug enough and he will take it upon himself to hug me every time he sees me. Which I replied, 'I'm sorry but I'm just not a touchy type of person'.
Unfortunately he didn't take this as a deterent and instead said 'well I will take this as my challenge
My face dropped and I was hoping he would forget.
But for the past 4wks he truly has taken this hug thing as a mission.
Now the huge prob with me hugging him in particular is he doesn't smell fresh. To be exact he smells of mild bio.
He works hard and moves around a lot and I think the problem comes from him not washing his work clothes enough.
Now I really don't want to hug him but he is the nicest, sweetest but sweaty person I know.
His going to hug me again today.. and I want to say something!
How can I tell him to back off without hurting his feelings?
