How do I get this smell out of my car?

Ok so about a week ago, my five yr old spilled strawberry milk in the bottom of my car by his feet. I cleaned it right away but the smell penetrated. Yesterday morning he spilled orange juice. Now it has this awful rotten-like smell. I scrubbed both sides (he spilled the drinks on different sides) with soap, detergent, oxi clean, air freshner. Does any one know the trick to it? I will no longer let my son take drinks in my car, only water. lol
 
*shudder* at least summer's gone!
I've found my steam cleaner set on "high traffic" lets me get just about anything out of any fabric in no time. You can rent them pretty cheap, too.
