How do i get this guy to like me? How can i get him un-sports focused?

Okay, so i like this dude but his is way to focused on sports and grades. he has to keep his grades up to play sports. But i do too.
i cheer and he plays football.
I can juggle cheer, good grades, friends, a boyfriend, and family. (and im in the advanced classes!!!!!!!! he's nott)
how can i get him to understand he can do that too?
And how can i get him to like me?
