Almost all wipers use some kind of linkage to operate both wipers simultaneously with one motor. usually the linkage is connected with plastic connectors that can break under stress. if you've checked the fuses / relays involved and they are good then check the motor. if that's good then check the linkage. most of the time these parts are available at the local auto parts store. good luck.
