How do i get the Ovi Store on my Nokia N97?

blahhhhhh......

Everytime i click on it it says " connection failed " or smt, and then i went to Download! and i when i clicked on it it said " item not found "
WHAT THE HECK ?!
i dont understand it, i went to the page but i still have no clue how to do it.
HELP :(
