how do i get the most student loans without having to pay for it while in school?

I need to move out from my parent's house. I need to live on my own now while going to school. I owe $5000 on my credit card and have a car to pay for and now i need an apartment and food and all this stuff. I need like $20,000 a year to survive and go to school. How do I apply for this? I have no idea how to do it... Please helppp mee someonee
