How do I get the lien release from Chrysler Financial?

I paid off my car almost 2 years ago and have since lost the title of the car, because the car is not 10 years old I need the lien release to obtain the title form the wonderful state of RI. Any ideas? I have called all the numbers I have from my payments and such but since the car was paid off they cant help me.
 
Chrysler Financial has no interest in your car, so they do not hold the title anymore. The best you can do is to go back to the state and request a copy of your lost title. Explain to the clerk that there is no lien on your car, and you own it free and clear.
