I got a sylvania net book for Christmas and I was so existed to start using it. upon turning it on and stating it I connected to the internet hotspot in my house. It says on the computer that I am connected but when I open the internet and go to any website it say The page cannot be displayed. How do I get it to work? Who should I contact?
