How do I get the fuses repaired on my honda civic 2007?

I have 2 cigarette lighter plugs in my coupe.
I blew up one of them few months ago , not sure how it happened.

I am trying to sell my car and want to get this fixed.
should I go to a dealer and buy new fuses. or just go to walmart? ? or something ?? will they have fuses? How would i know which fuse to buy?
