I am 5'2 and weight 179 pounds. If you look at me you wouldn't be able to tell the weight is mostly in my thighs & stomach. So I look like a normal girl with a gut. I want to lose 20-30 pounds but also be healthy. I'll exercises for one day & then quit. I hate salads & I love chocolate. When I come on my period it's hard to exercise and I eat a lot. How can I lose the weight? What should I do when my period comes & I crave chocolate & fattening foods? Thanks
