So I, along with surely thousands of other people have constant problems with my palm pre. I'm on my second or third one now. There are constant problems with the Palm Pre, I took my in for like the 3rd time in less than a year today because it won't let me text people. The sprint lady said she couldn't give me a new phone and that she couldn't give me a copy of my contract. There was a lady at the sprint store sitting next to me and ironically her palm pre was having problems too, only she's from out of town and missing out on thousands of dollars because she can't get a hold of her contacts for work. Sprint is obviously trying to dodge this issue by knowingly giving it's costumers faulty products then forcing them buy other products. Is there anyone out there that can help me or give me any tips on how to resolve this issue? Thank you.
