How do i get ringtones on my verizon wireless blitz phone without sending pic msgs

or recording? I cant recieve pic msgs or record on my phone n my mom wont let me buy ringtones so i need somethin where i can transfer it from a sd card to my phone. if u have anything that will help me plzzzz let me know i am sick of the ugly ringtones on this phone

or you can put them on the computer and transfer them from the computer to the phone with a usb thing...or watever its called
