J Justin S New member Oct 22, 2010 #1 I'm in NJROTC and i have like little brown dots on my shirt not everywhere but but the left sleeve.I have no clue what it's from.I tried washing it and it didn't come out.What do i do? the little brown dots are by the left sleeve.
