How do i get rid of this horrible cough for exams! :(?

My exams are starting in two days, and i just suddenly came down with this horrible cough that won't go away! I really want to get it away by the time exams start, otherwise i will be irritating not only myself but everyone else in the exam room!

Please help with any ideas that you have that could even weaken the cough for a couple of hours!
