How do i get rid of permanent acne (disgusting details)?

i have 4 acne pimples on my chest as a result of puberty, but its been a while now and i have noticed i am no longer getting as much acne around my face and body as i used to. these pimples were probably at one time regular pimples, but i pestered, squeezed, and attacked these pimples before their due dates. now ive had these 4 chest acne for months now and i want to know how to remove them short of me having to cut them off. i have tried acne medication in walmart like neutrogena. no work.
 
The best products for face and body acne i'v tried are Doxycycline 100 MG capsules and Clindamycin capsules.
Have you Doxycycline or Clindamycin?
Clindamycin also makes these facial paRAB to get rid of acne. But the capsules worked much better to get rid of the acne.
You got to get the Doxycycline and Clindamycin prescribed from a derm.

I also use Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub with salicylic acid on my body.

If you have face acne, besides using the Doxy or Clindamycin, I like the Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions
