how do I get rid of JVM error 102 on my blackberry? showed up this morning. 8900

curve. This is so frustrating? There is a reset button right underneath the error prompt and no matter how many times i click on it, its still the same. and I can't turn off my phone. Removing the battery doesn't help either. help.
