how do i get rid of blue smoke out my ford escort 1996 1.6 16v zetech engine?

hi all just a big question...

how much will it cost me to get my engine done on my ford escort as there is blue smoke coming out my exhaust...

p.s please dont tell me to get rid of the car as ive had it for years and its never let me down..
 
Here is a tech tip. Blue smoke means its burning oil, cheap way first is to get some engine restore or engine seal stop leak. Parts store should be able to help you find what you need.
 
Depends if you go with a New engine or Used engine. I would say installed anywhere between 4 grand and 8 grand.
