I have a business with a friend, I have 63% stake. He has done absolutely nothing as far as promoting, networking or starting up the business and I need to get rid of him. We just recently started up and have not made any money yet. We both invested some money into it. How do I get rid of this person without loosing my business idea, llc and employees?
