How do i get pre painted warhammer miniatures?

Hey, well, i want start buying warhammer fantasy miniatures, but isuck at painting. So i was wondering, is there any website, or any ontario store that you can go to get pre-painted miniatures? i know ebay would work, but its wayy to much money and there really isent anything good on there
