I have an action tech mi424wr router and i have been trying to port forward some ports to my computers ip for a long time so i could use the applications. I clicked port forward on the router tab > set the specific ports > and applied the settings. but the ports still appear to be closed and i have even turned off my firewall on my comp . Do i need a static ip or what do i need to do.
