Hi. I can't figure this out! I downloaded the PC Studio 3 but maybe it was the wrong version? Or am I missing a driver? When I plug my phone to my computer, the phone will say it's connected to the computer but on the computer it's not recognizing that it's connected at all. I did go to the Samsung support website to check downloads, but all there is there for my model is manuals. 
I've tried restarting with the phone still hooked up with the hopes the computer would decide to recognize it but it didn'twork. I've got lots of pictures I want to share and I don't want to delete pictures to make room for more. What options do I have? Thanks for your help!
