HOW DO I GET PICTURES OFF OF MY LG KEYBO 2 PHONE ONTO MY COMPUTER ?!?

I plug my usb cord into the computer thinking it would just pop up, but nothing showed. i have pictures on my phone i want on my computer but have no idea how to do so, my boyfriend says i need to download a lg keybo driver, but we can't find one online or anything, can someone please give me step by step on how to do this.
