how do i get pics off my motorola razr v6?

i have 2 motorola razr v6 phones (one half) the keypad half still works, i can still make, receive calls on it any ways on the half phone there are pictures on the phone memory that i've been trying to get off for some time now and i cant get my laptop to recognise the phone i tried the other phone and i found out i can only get stuff off it with an SD card in it, i was thinking of sending it off to motorola to see if they can get the pictures off, or if there is a way i can get them off let me know, thanks
