how do i get photos off my old cell phone that has no SD card?

I got a new SmartPhone to replace my old Sanyo Kitana, but the old one has pictures I want to keep. It is no longer active (since it was replaced by the new one on the same #/acct) and has no SD card. Is there any way to retrieve the pics or send them to my new phone? Thanks!
 
sadly there's no way =[
the same thing happened w/ my phone, and i couldn't move any of the music and pics i had stored on there
unless u reactivate that phone and buy internet to e-mail or txt the images to ur new phone/e-mail, then there's no way
