How do i get past my handphone security code if its already restricted?

I own a Nokia 5130 Xpressmusic.
IMEI - 359336032180817
Master Code - 7346572251

The problem is, i already entered the wrong code more than 5 times and now its blocked.
Even the master code wont help.
What do i do now? It there a way to still unlocked it without going to a repair shop or calling the operator?
