What started as a necessity to fall asleep in a noisy house share, has now turned into an obsession. I have lived alone in the worlds quietest street for 18 months now but I still can't kick the habit of watching DVD's of my favourite shows on my laptop to fall asleep. It's gotten to the point where, at the suggestion that I spend the night at a friends house, I almost have a panic attack stressing about how I will sleep without my crutch.
If I go to bed with my laptop at 11pm I am asleep in 15mins, but if I don't I will be up until 3am watching TV on the couch without feeling remotely tired... until I have to get up for work at 7:30am! And the next night will be the same, even if I only got 4 or so hours sleep the night before.
It's time to stop! I need help!
