How do I get out of taking my test?

I am having a dilemma. I ended up with Denver Nuggets playoff tickets for next Wednesday night. Problem is I am supposed to run a training class at my job the same night. My co-worker said she would switch me Wednesday for Thursday, which presents another problem. I have a test during the time in which we are supposed to run training. We are the only two who can do it which limits my options. So what is a good excuse to use to try to take the test early? I feel if i play the sick family/death in family card there is a bit of bad karma that comes along with that and have always been nervous to do so
 
If you want to be a man, you get rid of the tickets and do what you are supposed to do.
There will always be other chances to go to a game, but you can't ever go back and do the right thing -- ever. Life's not about make-ups.
