I just used an upgrade a month ago and T-mobile sent me a broken phone for my upgrade. Everybody makes mistakes right? Wrong... T-mobile sent me three more broken phones one after the next.I guess after 15 days they cant let you return the phone so I'm stuck with particular model of phone that has problems (Samson behold that freezes). Now I'm mad and i want to cancel my service with them. Some one help. I herd you can say your joining the military but do you have to prove it with some kind of documentation.
