When I was playing a custom game with friends online, I was in the lobby, and somehow toggled my normal chat settings from public(where I can hear and speak into the microphone) to party(where that speech bubble is on the side and you can't hear/transmit to anyone).
How do I get out of private chat and into public? I want to be able to communicate with others.
