I live in a rural are in West Virginia, and no matter where I am I only have 1 or 2 bars of service on my phone.I am about halfway through my 2 year contract, but I wish to change as soon as possible. AT@T has great service out here, plus they have better phones. How do I get out of the contract for the least amount of money?
