How do I get OnLive working w/ Starbuck's ATT Wayport Wi-Fi?

Onlive is a cloud gaming platform that requires at least 3 mbps for internet download speed to play. I looked up google for tips on how to increase wi-fi speed but I could only get my speed up to 1.30 mbps on average. I'm using starbucks wi-fi btw and I want to know how to get OnLive working w/ Starbucks' wi-fi.
