How do I get older payment history records?

I am currently trying to get a divorce. We have been separated for a little over 2 yrs. I would like for him to pay back to me half of the utilities I paid when we were together. I contacted Xcel energy and they said that they can see all of the history but that they will not provide any records over 2 yrs old. How do I get those records now?

Sometimes all of that isn't worth it, is it? He's a jerk, you know it, and you may do a lot of work and not get anything for it anyway. Take being rid of him as payment in full, it wil be worth it.

sorry to say, you can't get that money back. unless you had an agreement for him to pay, it won't work. also, a court will not make him pay as long as you were both living together and both using the utilities. that's what marriage is. no married couple would make an agreement to each pay for half the utilities, and the court will see it as you just being vindictive. don't bother. be reasonable.
