i am on house arrest for a 3rd degree felony, (agg.assult with a deadly weapon) but i did not do it, and have lots of evidence to show i didnt do it. the girl that put me in this mess still is not sure if it was me cause she was drunk and high the night/morning it happened but is going by what she thinks, and the only reason she thinks it was me is cause she cheated on me and i caught her. i was upset but not mad to the point of beating her, i could care less since we only dated for 3 months and she had a bad rep anyway so it was expected. the court sent me to jail, i was in for 2 months and then released on bond.(i have had no prior offenses in my life) i had a court date to reduce my bond from 125 grand to 50 grand. i got it done. but the conditions were for me to be on ELM (electric monitoring) its GPS now and i was set on temp house arrest. being allowed to go school and work. i have been a great behavior since released and have not had any offenses or alerts. i dont have a court date set, and i would like to know is ther anything else i could do to get off? i want to get back my old life of being able to spend time with my family and friends and being able to live life freely. anyone help? i do have a lawyer but i have spent all my money to get me out of jail, so im broke as hell! plz help?!
