How do I get NAT type to "Open"?

My brother and I have Xbox 360's. Both of which are using wireless adapters. My NAT type is set to "Open" except when he plays his Xbox at the same time. Then it is set to "Strick". We both Lag. When one of us is playing alone.. we don't lag.

My main question is...

How can I set BOTH of our NAT types to "Open" for our Xbox 360's wirelessly?
