Nasty chain of events.
1. battery and alt went out. ( replaced )
2. when it came back on the fan and wipers did not work
- Replaced the fuse for wipers, and they came back on and the fan came on, but now the darn wipers wont turn off. they speed up and slow down but to get them to turn off i have to pull the fuse.
