how do i get my whippets coat in good condition?

my fawn whippets fur is lacking in shine shall we say lol i feed her and my other black dog sardines in sunflower oil once a week it brings my black dogs coat up a treat but my whippet has flaky skin and with her being light and short haired its quite obvious, someone suggested seaweed tablets but in open to safe ideas to try get her coat tip top, she is on a dry mix with her one weekly sardine in oil and raw white fish occasionally as well, anyone got any ideas?? thanks
 
it's called "The Missing Link" it is a food additive and I have seen it work miracles. You can get it online or at PetSmart. It's great, check it out.
