im planning on getting the new droid phone by motorola. online they have the phone for free-20$ with a new two year contract. they have it for 20$ online at walmart and target. first off, is there any possible way to get these deals in store? id much rather get my phone right away rather than wait for delivery, but i might just get it overnight shipped with the 100$+ that i save getting it online if i have to.
second, if i order it online, when do i get charged for my first month of service, right away or at the end of the month? and also how do i get cleared for my phone service? cuz id much rather just pay them every month rather then have them use my credit card cuz im a college student and itd just be easier. i read something about a deposit check or something like that?
any verizon workers out there that can leave me an email would be helpful.
