How do I get my Ring Tone to work? (Samsung Rant)?

On my old Rumor I was allowed to record a voice memo and then save it as my ringtone. I got the Samsung Rant and recorded the voice memo, but can't figure out how to set it as my ringtone.

How do I do this???THX
