how do i get my radio to work on my 05 dodge durango?

my battery went died on my 2005 dodge durango i installed a new one (battery) well the radio works but the six disc cd changer will not work tring to see if their is any codes i have to but in or reset
 
Yah, some have codes that need to be enetred to be sure call your local dodge dealer and ask. Pulling the battery erased the code but it should be simple to fix unless the guy at the dealer is an idiot.
 
Make sure the CD is out from before you unhooked the battery. Does it have a detachable face? It may be a bit loose.
