How do I get my puppy to stop being so aggressive?

Same. I have a jack to. My dog is to friendly. I get him and I try to just hold him back he just jumps out starts licking me and biting. I'm okay with the licking but he took my 150 dollar juicy shoes and clawed 'em up along with my bracelets. I am also looking for this answer.
 
I have a Jack Russel Terrier puppy that is about 11 months old. When you hold her, but she doesn't want to be held instead of yelping or struggling, she bites and growls. She also chews on things, and that includs me (i read that these types of terriers normally like to chew though). Molly thinks she's the boss. I know she can be a gentle, loving dog, but she has been a little mean lately. How can I get her to behave?
