I'm connecting the USB and selecting Media Player and nothing comes up in my files on my PC. This is extremely frustrating because I was able to do it on my brother's laptop no problem. I'm running Windows XP on my computer. I fail to see where the issue is.
When I open the explorer two different things pop up with the phone. One is completely empty, the other has a list of various files (like my DCIM for example) but when I open it is tell me I have to copy and paste it to a local folder or something. It won't let me open anything.
