How do i get my phone to stop saying Verizon Wireless?

I have a samsung juke. everytime i get a call my phone says verison wireless then my ringtone plays...i can't get it to stop. ive gone through all my settings and changed numerios things but still it happens...its driving me crazy!!!! if anyone knows how to take it off please help me!
im not talking about the ERI banner...
 
Look under your phone's settings under display. You should see an option for the banner. The Verizon thing you are seeing is called an ERI banner. It just tells you that you are in Verizon's local calling area. Under your banner option you should be able to turn it off.
