I was working as a lifeguard at a top hotel in palm springs which is known as more a tourist seasonal type of job setting. i was on great terms with management and got along well with all co-workers. i worked for just over a year and got fired for 3 strikes against my attendance. however, i've been unemployed for 3 months now. what are the right things to say and questions to ask in creating an attempt to get rehired? will it be to soon for them to even consider? what can i throw at them that will make them want me back?
