My son(18) got in a mutual fight with a boy who was picking on his sister. The boy was hospitalized for a few days but its perfectly fine. My son was sentenced 1 year in County Jail. The parents of the victim were asking for 7-12 years in Jail and $105,000. The DA barley got his license's so he is kind of like on a power strike.
My son is a very smart boy, he got all A's his high school years and was accepted into University's. We tried to get him under house arrest so he could attend school but the Judge said yes and the DA said no, there for the Judge said no as well. We are trying anything to get him out. What can I do?
