How do i get my HTML information from Myspace 1.0?

It said it would add everything to a clipboard, now i'd like this information back for my tumblrm
Let me reiterate;

Since updating to the latest myspace(wow so bad) I lost all my HTML information including the CSS codes I had worked hard on yeaaaars ago.

It said it would have all this code after upgrading! where is it!?
